Electrolyte Gel in lemon and lime is an electrolyte gel in a 33 g sachet you can slip into a jersey pocket and tear open on the move. One sachet contains 325 mg potassium, 62 mg magnesium, 113 mg sodium and 19.9 g of carbohydrates, which adds up to 80 kcal. It is built for long efforts where you need minerals and carbs at once and have nowhere to mix a drink.
- 325 mg potassium per sachet – 16 % of the nutrient reference value.
- Potassium contributes to normal muscle function – and to the normal functioning of the nervous system.
- Magnesium contributes to electrolyte balance – 61.6 mg per sachet, that is 16 % NRV.
- 19.9 g of carbohydrates – maltodextrin and fructose, 80 kcal in total.
- Sea salt and sodium citrate – the sodium and chloride sources, 301 mg chloride per sachet.
- 33 g sachet – liquid texture, one-handed opening, lemon and lime taste.
Dosage
During sport take 1–4 gels a day, ideally with water. One sachet is one serving.
