Electrolyte Drink in lemon and lime is an electrolyte powder that dissolves in 300–500 ml of water and replaces the minerals you lose through sweat. One 5 g serving contains 124 mg magnesium, 600 mg sodium, 167 mg potassium, 128 mg calcium and 110 mg vitamin C. The 200 g pack covers 40 servings. It is sugar free, so it works outside training days too.
- 124 mg magnesium per serving – 33 % of the nutrient reference value from 5 g of powder.
- Magnesium contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue – and to normal muscle function and to electrolyte balance.
- Vitamin C contributes to the normal function of the immune system – 110 mg per serving, 138 % NRV.
- 600 mg sodium per serving – the main electrolyte lost in sweat.
- Coconut minerals – a natural electrolyte source in the formula.
- 40 servings per pack – lemon and lime, sugar free, sweetened with sucralose.
Dosage
Mix 5 g with 300–500 ml of water. Take 1–4 servings a day before, during or after training. The 200 g pack holds 40 servings.
