Fish don't produce omega-3 on their own — they get it from algae. Arctic Blue® Vegan Omega-3 Algae goes straight to the source, delivering pure oil from the Schizochytrium sp. algae, which contains identical omega-3 fatty acids (DHA and EPA) to fish oil. A daily dose (2 capsules) provides 420 mg DHA and 140 mg EPA — DHA contributes to normal brain function and vision, EPA and DHA contribute to normal heart function.
The algae are cultivated in a controlled ecological environment on land, without ocean contact — ensuring the oil is free from any contamination, heavy metals or microplastics. Cultivation takes place without pesticides and with exclusively natural antioxidants. The product is 100% vegan — both the algae oil and the capsule, where traditional gelatine has been replaced with a blend of pea starch and carrageenan.
Thanks to extremely low oxidation (Totox value well below 1/3 of the European standard), the capsules are completely free of taste and odour. The small capsule format ensures easy swallowing. Directions for Use
