1/ Heavyweight offers 60 grams of super-quality protein and amino acids in a daily dose.

For maximum results, you need the highest quality proteins, peptides and amino acids, which must also be present in optimal proportions. The highest quality sources are whey protein and micellar casein. However, Heavyweight doesn't just contain "some" whey protein and "some" other proteins. The basis is two special types of whey hydrolysate, which is actually protein broken down into amino acid chains (peptides) and free amino acids.

• The first ingredient is the so-called HIGH DH whey protein hydrolysate, i.e. protein digested under the highest degree of hydrolysis. HIGH DH contains a high ratio of free amino acids, di and tri peptides (chains of two to three amino acids). The HIGH DH fraction is absorbed by our body the fastest, literally in seconds.

• Another ingredient is LOW DH whey protein hydrolysate, i.e. protein digested under a low degree of hydrolysis. LOW DH contains a high ratio of so-called oligopeptides and polypeptides, i.e. chains of amino acids. LOW DH is the second fastest absorbing protein after HIGH DH.

• The third ingredient is the so-called selective bioactive whey concentrate and native whey isolate (high content of BCAA and bioactive fractions)

• The fourth ingredient is pure ultrafiltered micellar casein, which is absorbed the slowest and supplies the body with essential amino acids for more than four hours.

Only top quality: Heavyweight does not contain incomplete protein sources such as soy concentrate, collagen (bovine protein), calcium caseinate, dried egg white and others.

2/ Heavyweight carbohydrate blend

Heavyweight offers a special blend of carbohydrates without the additive content of simple sugars. The base is a mixture of high-quality whole grain oat carbohydrates and maltodextrin. The combination of these top carbohydrates guarantees that the body is supplied with very stable, long-term energy without major fluctuations.

Dosage: Mix a 150 g serving (1 level 250 ml scoop**) in 350 ml water in a shaker or blender until smooth and consume immediately. Take 2 servings (300 g) daily. For people starting with this product, we recommend starting with 1 dose and gradually increasing the dose to 2 doses per day or more. For a creamier and more energizing drink, use semi-skimmed milk instead of water. The product is suitable for consumption throughout the day between meals or 20 - 30 minutes after training or 45 to 60 minutes before bedtime.
