Electrolyte PRO in pineapple is an effervescent electrolyte tablet — drop one into 200 ml of water and you get a drink with magnesium, calcium, sodium, potassium and seven vitamins. The 20-tablet tube fits a backpack or a jacket pocket and needs no scoop. Good for training, travel and hot weather.
- 100 mg magnesium per tablet – 27 % of the nutrient reference value.
- Magnesium contributes to electrolyte balance – and to normal muscle function and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
- B vitamins – B1, B2, B3, B5, B6 and B12, each at 50 % NRV; they contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism.
- Vitamin C contributes to the normal function of the immune system – 40 mg per tablet, 50 % NRV.
- 150 mg sodium and 150 mg potassium – the electrolytes you lose in sweat.
- 20 tablets per tube – pineapple flavour with juice concentrate, no sugar.
Dosage
Dissolve 1 tablet in 200 ml of water. Take 1–2 effervescent tablets a day before, during or after training. The tube holds 20 tablets.

Acidity regulator citric acid, sorbitol, magnesium carbonate, sodium bicarbonate, calcium carbonate, potassium carbonate, sodium chloride, potassium chloride, natural flavouring, vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid), polyethylene glycol, sweetener sucralose, pineapple juice concentrate, colour carotenes, niacin (nicotinamide), pantothenic acid (calcium D-pantothenate), vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin), vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), vitamin B2 (riboflavin), vitamin B1 (thiamine mononitrate).

Warnings
Food supplement, not a substitute for a varied diet. Do not exceed the recommended dose. Store in a cool dry place, out of reach of children. Contains more than 10 g of polyols per 100 g — excessive consumption may produce laxative effects.
