Quattro Magnesium is a lemon-flavoured effervescent tablet delivering 200 mg of magnesium per tablet – 53% of the nutrient reference value. The Quattro name refers to the four magnesium forms in the recipe: magnesium carbonate, bisglycinate, malate and citrate. The tube holds 20 tablets (80 g), so 20 servings. Drop one in a glass of water – no large capsules to swallow.

Dosage
Dissolve 1 tablet in 200 ml of water and drink. One tablet per day.

Warning
