Isotonic Sports Drink in lemon is an isotonic drink powder you mix with water to get carbohydrates, electrolytes and vitamins in one bottle during long efforts. One 15 g serving contains 320 mg sodium, 300 mg potassium, 56.3 mg magnesium, 480 mg chloride and ten vitamins including vitamin C and the full B range. The 500 g pack covers 33 servings.
- Ten vitamins per serving – C, E, B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B12, biotin and folic acid.
- B vitamins contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism – B1, B2, B3, B5, B6 and B12 at around 50 % NRV per serving.
- Magnesium contributes to normal muscle function – 56.3 mg per serving, 15 % NRV.
- Potassium contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system – 300 mg per serving, 15 % NRV.
- Vitamin C contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue – 40 mg per serving, 50 % NRV.
- 33 servings per pack – 15 g into 350–450 ml of water, lemon flavour.
Dosage
Mix 15 g (1 scoop) with 350–450 ml of cold water. Take 1 serving a day before, during or after training. The 500 g pack holds 33 servings.
