Magnesium Citrate Chewable is a pear-flavoured chewable tablet built on magnesium citrate – one tablet gives you 150 mg of magnesium (40% NRV), and the recommended daily dose of two tablets gives 300 mg (80% NRV). You do not swallow them: let them dissolve in your mouth, so you can take them any time of day without water. The pack holds 90 tablets, which is 45 daily doses.

- Magnesium citrate – magnesium salts of citric acid as the only magnesium source.
- Magnesium – contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and to normal muscle function.
- Electrolyte balance – magnesium contributes to electrolyte balance and to normal psychological function.
- Chewable format – no water, no capsules to swallow, pear flavour.
- 90 tablets per pack – 45 daily doses, sweetened with sorbitol, fructose and stevia.
Dosage
Take two chewable tablets per day. Place them in your mouth and let them dissolve.

Warning
