Omega 3 Strong is fish oil in capsule form – one capsule holds 1000 mg of oil, of which 330 mg EPA and 220 mg DHA. The pack contains 90 capsules (162 g), which lasts 45 to 90 days depending on whether you take one or two per day. The formula is as short as it gets: fish oil and a bovine gelatine capsule, no sweeteners and no colours.
- 330 mg EPA per capsule – 660 mg in two capsules.
- 220 mg DHA per capsule – 440 mg in two capsules.
- EPA and DHA – contribute to the normal function of the heart; the beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 250 mg of EPA and DHA.
- 1000 mg fish oil – per capsule, with no added flavourings.
- 90 capsules per pack – 45 to 90 daily doses depending on your dosage.
- Short ingredient list – fish oil and the capsule shell, nothing else.
Dosage
Take 1 capsule once or twice a day with food.
