Vegan Recovery 500 g in chocolate & hazelnut is a vegan post-workout drink combining rice and pea isolate with carbohydrates and a vitamin and mineral blend. One 50 g serving carries 14 g of protein and 24 g of carbohydrate, and the tub holds 10 servings. The formula also includes Palatinose (isomaltulose) and chicory inulin. A vegan post-workout drink is the pick when you avoid dairy and want protein and carbs in one shaker.

Dosage
Mix 50 g (one scoop) into 250 ml of cold water. Take 1 serving a day after training or between meals during the day. Do not exceed 1 serving a day.

Maltodextrin, Palatinose (isomaltulose), rice protein isolate, pea protein isolate, defatted cocoa powder (10 %), inulin (from chicory), mineral blend (potassium citrate, sodium chloride, magnesium citrate salts, Calci-K), vitamin blend (maltodextrin, calcium phosphate, L-ascorbic acid, magnesium oxide, L-lysine, A-AKG complex, L-carnitine L-tartrate, nicotinamide, DL-alpha-tocopheryl acetate, zinc oxide, cholecalciferol, calcium D-pantothenate, copper sulphate, pyridoxine hydrochloride, riboflavin, thiamine hydrochloride, alpha-lipoic acid, L-methionine, pteroylmonoglutamic acid, beta-carotene), flavourings, emulsifier sodium carboxymethyl cellulose, sweeteners sucralose and acesulfame K.
