Gainer 1 kg in chocolate is a carbohydrate and protein drink carrying 30 g of protein and 53.7 g of carbohydrate in a single 100 g serving. The bag makes 10 servings. Maltodextrin and dextrose form the base, topped up with whey protein concentrate, so one shaker gives you fast-available carbs and protein together. This is the Lactose Free variant – milk proteins without the lactose. A gainer earns its place in training blocks when you struggle to eat enough calories from regular food.

Dosage
Mix 100 g (two scoops) into 400–500 ml of cold water or milk. Take 1–2 servings a day, ideally right after training. Do not exceed 2 servings a day.
