Reco Lactose Free 550 g in chocolate is a protein with carbs declared by the manufacturer as containing zero lactose. One 50 g serving holds 22 g of protein and 20 g of carbohydrate, and the pack covers 11 servings. The smaller pouch works when you want to try the Reco range first or take it with you to a race. The double chocolate taste is built on low-fat cocoa and sucralose.

Dosage
Shake 50 g (one scoop) into 300–400 ml of cold water or milk. Take 1–3 servings a day, ideally right after training or between meals during the day. Do not exceed 3 servings a day.
